Welcome to Wonderia Travel Limited (“Wonderia Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By submitting a travel inquiry, requesting advisory services, confirming a booking, or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer (the “Terms”).

1. Nature of Services

Independent Travel Advisor

Wonderia Travel Limited is an independently registered travel advisory agency. We provide professional travel advisory services, including itinerary design, destination guidance, supplier recommendations, and booking facilitation.

We do not own, operate, manage, or control any airlines, cruise lines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, or other travel suppliers.

Third-Party Suppliers

All travel products and services—including but not limited to accommodations, cruises, flights, ground transportation, activities, excursions, and insurance—are provided by independent third-party suppliers (the “Suppliers”).

Your contractual relationship for such services exists directly between you and the Supplier, and is governed by the Supplier’s own terms and conditions.

No Operational Responsibility

Wonderia Travel acts solely as an intermediary and advisor and assumes no responsibility or liability for any Supplier’s acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, failures, or performance.

2. Pricing, Fees, and Payments

Advisory Fees

Depending on the complexity, customization, and scope of your itinerary, Wonderia Travel may charge a professional Advisory Fee.

• Any Advisory Fee will be disclosed in advance and must be approved by the client before services commence.

• Advisory Fees compensate Wonderia Travel for professional services rendered, including consultation, itinerary design, coordination, booking management, and administrative support.

• Advisory Fees are payable directly to Wonderia Travel.

Supplier Pricing

Except for any Advisory Fee, pricing presented to clients reflects Supplier-provided charges for travel services. These prices may be shown as a total package amount and are not required to be itemized.

Payment Handling

Payments for Supplier services may be:

• Made directly by the client to the Supplier or its authorized agent; or

• Collected by Wonderia Travel solely as an authorized agent for remittance to the Supplier.

Regardless of payment method:

• Wonderia Travel is not the final provider, trustee, or custodian of Supplier funds.

• Wonderia Travel assumes no responsibility for Supplier performance, refunds, insolvency, or service quality.

Quotation Validity

All quotes are subject to availability, exchange rate fluctuations, taxes, fees, and Supplier policy changes. Quotes are valid only for the time specified and are not guaranteed until confirmed and paid.

Additional or Urgent Requests

Requests for urgent changes, after-hours support, or material itinerary modifications may incur additional fees, which will be communicated and approved in writing before proceeding.

3. Modifications, Cancellations, and Refunds

Client-Initiated Changes

All changes, cancellations, or modifications requested by the client are subject to the applicable Supplier’s terms and conditions and may result in penalties, forfeitures, or non-refundable amounts.

Wonderia Travel bears no responsibility for any resulting costs or losses.

Supplier-Initiated Changes

In the event of schedule changes, cancellations, overbookings, or service disruptions by a Supplier, Wonderia Travel will assist with communication and coordination where possible, but assumes no financial liability.

Advisory Fees

Once itinerary design or advisory work has commenced, Advisory Fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

4. Liability, Risk, and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Wonderia Travel shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense resulting from:

• Acts or omissions of any Supplier;

• Mechanical failures, schedule changes, or service disruptions;

• Theft, illness, injury, or death;

• Errors in Supplier-provided information.

Force Majeure

Wonderia Travel shall not be liable for any loss or disruption arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters;

• Weather conditions;

• Pandemics or public health emergencies;

• Government actions or travel restrictions;

• Political unrest, strikes, or acts of terrorism.

Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, and lost or delayed baggage.

Information Accuracy

Rates, availability, and inclusions are subject to final Supplier confirmation and may change without notice.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely personal information;

• Ensure possession of valid passports, visas, health documentation, and entry requirements;

• Review and accept all applicable Supplier terms before payment;

• Acknowledge Wonderia Travel’s role as an independent travel advisor.

6. Concierge & Supplemental Services

Wonderia Travel may assist with concierge requests, upgrades, special occasions, and experience coordination.

Such services:

• Are non-guaranteed and subject to Supplier availability;

• Do not constitute contractual obligations; and

• May be modified or withdrawn at Wonderia Travel’s discretion after core advisory obligations are fulfilled.

7. Agency Affiliation Disclosure

Wonderia Travel Limited operates as an independent travel advisory agency and is an Independent Affiliate of Fora Travel, Inc., a Virtuoso® member agency.

Certain bookings may be facilitated through contractual arrangements with Fora Travel, Inc. This affiliation does not alter Wonderia Travel’s independent advisory role or create an agency relationship between the client and Fora Travel, Inc., unless expressly stated.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
