Welcome to Wonderia Travel Limited (“Wonderia Travel”, “we”, “our”).
By submitting a travel inquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to the following Terms and Disclaimer.

1. Nature of Services

1. Independent Advisor Role
   Wonderia Travel is an independently registered travel advisory agency working with leading hotels, cruise lines, DMCs, and travel brands worldwide.
   We act solely as a travel advisor providing itinerary planning, brand recommendations, and booking facilitation.

2. Non-Operator Responsibility
   All travel products and services (including accommodations, cruises, flights, transportation, activities, and insurance) are fulfilled by third-party suppliers.
   Wonderia Travel assumes no responsibility for their performance or obligations.

3. Professional Guidance
   Our advice is based on professional experience and partner resources. The contractual relationship exists directly between the client and the supplier.

2. Pricing and Payments

1. Advisory / Planning Fee
   A fee may apply depending on the itinerary complexity and service scope, to be communicated and approved before service begins.

2. Comprehensive Pricing
   Our pricing reflects a comprehensive advisory service fee inclusive of itinerary design, coordination, booking support, and administrative costs.
   Prices are presented as total payable amounts and do not disclose supplier net rates.

3. Payments
   Except for the advisory fee, all payments (such as hotels, cruises, or experiences) are made directly to suppliers or their authorized agents.
   Wonderia Travel does not collect or hold client funds.

4. Quotation Validity
   All quotes are valid for a limited time and subject to change due to exchange rates, taxes, or supplier policy updates.

5. Additional Fees
   If clients request urgent modifications or special arrangements, fees will be communicated and approved in writing.

3. Modifications and Cancellations

1. Client-Initiated Changes
   Changes or cancellations follow the respective supplier’s terms and may incur additional costs.

2. Supplier-Initiated Adjustments
   In case of flight changes, activity cancellations, or service disruptions, Wonderia Travel will assist with communication but holds no financial liability.

3. Advisory Fee
   Once itinerary design has commenced, advisory fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Liability and Risk

1. Supplier Responsibility
   Wonderia Travel is not responsible for any supplier errors, cancellations, delays, or service failures.

2. Force Majeure
   We are not liable for losses arising from external factors including weather, pandemics, political unrest, or government actions.

3. Insurance
   Clients are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost belongings.

4. Accuracy of Information
   All rates, availability, and inclusions are subject to final supplier confirmation and may change without prior notice.

5. Client Responsibilities

1. Provide accurate and complete personal information, including valid identification and contact details.

2. Ensure possession of valid travel documents, visas, and health certifications.

3. Review and accept supplier terms prior to payment.

4. Understand and acknowledge Wonderia Travel’s role as an independent advisor.

6. Concierge and Additional Services

1. Wonderia Travel may assist with additional arrangements including concierge coordination, upgrades, and special experiences.

2. Such services are non-contractual and depend on feasibility and supplier cooperation.

3. Wonderia Travel reserves the right to modify or withdraw these additional services after fulfilling core obligations.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Disclaimer are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
